I’m not sure how this is supposed to “[replace] the need for an external USB keyboard”. I’m guessing that the Texter either does like phone texting and auto finished a word, or it flips up to reveal a lovely little keyboard.

The Phantasy Star Universe Special Edition Texter comes packaged with posters and stickers featuring characters from the game.
